2. Purchases and Refunds
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you will be directed to a third-party payment processor (PayPal). You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of that processor. Due to the automated and immediate nature of the report generation, all sales are final and non-refundable once the report generation process has begun.

The Service and its original content (excluding content generated for your report), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Overstakes. You retain all rights to the custom report generated for you and may use it for any personal or commercial purpose.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Overstakes, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
